A more enhanced version full day training which can be done for both staff and service users together or separately. There will be more of a focus on practical wellbeing techniques to help learners find and identify what works best for them in terms of managing their well-being.

  • How to take care of our well-being

  • Practical mindfulness and yoga techniques to help

Expected Outcomes

The purpose of the sessions will be to give staff and service users a greater understanding of their personal mental and physical wellbeing, explore and come to terms with their difficulties and find capacity and emotional resilience within their work and personal lives. At the end of the course learners will be expected to complete their wellbeing action plan and can be reviewed within their supervisions so that they are accountable for taking care of themselves.
